Cleaning for maintenance of sludge press filters of a cupola.

As can be seen in the following photo, these filters arrive at Libein with a high level of dirt.

Once the dirt and incrustation of the plates have been analyzed, they are subjected to a descaling process using ultrasonic cavitation.

Having left the plates in immersion for several hours, they are rinsed to determine the degree of dirt they present after the ultrasonic process.

After the first rinsing process, they are submerged again using ultrasound and they are finally rinsed again, giving good results and certifying the cleaning as EFFECTIVE.
