PICKLING IN STAINLESS STEEL

The pickling in stainless steel is a cleaning and preparation process to which the pieces to be treated are subjected, eliminating stains of thermo-coloring by welding in which the chromium content of the steel surface has been reduced.

For the pickling to be more effective, the parts are subjected to an ultrasonic process to eliminate residues on the surface, and if necessary, a passivation process would be carried out to maximize the resistance inherent to the corrosion of the steel parts, giving greater quality.

ADVANTAGE:

  • ELIMINATES THE GREASE OF THE WELDING AREA
  • DO NOT EMIT VAPORS
  • DOES NOT DAMAGE THE SURFACE
  • RAPID AND ECONOMIC OPERATION
